SEWING LADIES at PEACE LUTHERAN – KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI




























Beginning in April 2002 some ladies of the congregation began serving the Lord and His people in need with
their sewing skills, several ancient (sometimes balky) sewing machines and donated usable (almost) sample
garments and fabric.  During their nearly weekly meetings in the church  basement and at home between
meetings during 2006 they completed:

     112 Quilts – 27 Lap Robes – 575 Good as New Garments – 324 Bed Pads

These fruits of their service are donated to local service agencies for distribution to those in need:
